The Lord wants His people to keep the way of Yah by doing righteousness and justice. (Genesis 18:19) This is because His ways are everlasting just like He is. (Habakkuk 3:6) The Lord commanded Israel to obey His voice and walk in all the way that He commands them.’ (Jeremiah 7:23) Moreover, the Lord told Moses that the people he brought out of the land of Egypt quickly turned aside from the way which He had commanded them.’ (Deuteronomy 9:12) The Lord had commanded them His Covenant, the Ten Commandments. The Ten Commandments and every one of the Lord’s righteous laws is everlasting. (Psalm 119:144, Psalm 119:152, Psalm 119:160)
The Way of Yah is Righteousness
All of the Lord’s commandments are righteousness. (Psalm 119:172) Righteousness delivers from death. (Proverbs 10:2, 11:4) The person that is steadfast in righteousness will obtain life. (Proverbs 11:19) In the way of righteousness is life, and in its pathway, there is no death. (Proverbs 12:28) He loves one who pursues righteousness. (Proverbs 15:9) He who pursues righteousness finds life. (Proverbs 21:21)
When a man has practiced righteousness and has observed all My statutes and done them, he shall surely live. (Ezekiel 18:19) If a man observes all My statutes and practices righteousness, he shall surely live he shall not die. (Ezekiel 18:21) When a man practices righteousness, he will save his life. (Ezekiel 18:27) When a person turns away from all their transgressions they shall surely live, he shall not die. (Ezekiel 18:28)
If a man walks by the statutes, which ensure life without committing iniquity, he shall surely live he shall not die. (Ezekiel 33:15) None of his sins which he committed will be remembered against him. He has practiced righteousness; he shall surely live. (Ezekiel 33:16) Therefore, part of the way of Yah is His righteous laws. The bible says it is better not to know the way of righteousness instead of knowing it, to turn away from the holy Ten Commandments. (2 Peter 2:21) Therefore, the Bible makes it clear that the Ten Commandments are part of the way of God.
Teaching the Way of Yah
Christ and His disciples, according to the following scriptures, taught the way of Yah. They sent some of their disciples to Him, along with some of the Herodians, saying, “Teacher, we know that You teach the way of the Lord.” (Matthew 22:16) Some came, and said to Him, “Teacher, we know that You teach the way of God.” (Mark 12:14) Some questioned Him, saying, “Teacher, we know that You teach the way of the Lord.” (Luke 20:21) Paul wanted to make sure that if he found anyone belonging to the Way, both women, and men, he could bring them bound to Jerusalem. (Acts 9:2)
A certain man was instructed in the way of Yah. Therefore, he began to speak out boldly in the synagogue. However, when Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they took him aside and explained to him the way of the Lord more accurately. (Acts 18:25-26) When some began speaking evil of the Way before the people, he withdrew from them and took away the disciples, reasoning daily in the school of Tyrannus. (Acts 19:9) Then there occurred some disturbance concerning the Way. (Acts 19:23) Paul admitted that according to the Way, I do serve the Lord of our fathers, believing everything that, is by the Law and that is written in the Prophets. (Acts 24:14)
It is important to note that the way of Yah is taught throughout the Bible and long after the resurrection of Christ. Furthermore, even the dragon went to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of the Lord. (Revelation 12:17) Moreover, in Acts 13 we read that the devil is the enemy of all righteousness. (Acts 13:10) Why do so many servants of the Lord side with the devil? Why do so many servants of the Lord reject some righteousness of the Lord? It is, therefore, a testament to the power of the spirit of iniquity. Moreover, the whole history of the human race is filled with them giving in to the spirit of iniquity.
Knowing the Will of Yah is Very Important
All His servants should know the will of Yah. Peter has the following message for people saved by baptism. Christ suffered in the flesh, therefore prepare yourselves likewise for the same purpose, to live the rest of your time in the flesh no longer for the lusts of men, but for the will of Yah. (1 Peter 4:1-2) People who do the will of Yah will live forever. (1 John 2:17) Everyone will not enter the kingdom of heaven; the one who does the will of Yah who is in heaven will enter into it. (Matthew 7:21) Therefore, you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of Yah, you may receive the promise of eternal life. (Hebrews 10:36)
Before the Foundation of the World
The way of Yah or His will is for humans to do that which is acceptable, good, perfect, and right. (Romans 12:2, 1 Peter 2:15, 1 Peter 4:19) Now let us get one thing straight from the beginning; there is not a righteous person who never sins. (Ecclesiastes 7:20) That being said, the Lord revealed His will for eternal life before the creation of the world. Before the creation of the world, the will of Yah is for humans to be holy and blameless before Him. (Ephesians 1:4, Ephesians 5:27, Colossians 1:22) How are we to be holy and blameless before the Lord? As expected the Bible answers that question for us. Yah’s way is holy. (Psalm 77:13) Moreover, Yah’s way is blameless. (2 Samuel 22:31, Psalm 18:30)
